Delete account
You can delete your DAT AUTOHUS customer account yourself at any time — in the app, on the website or by emailing us.
In the AUTOHUS app
Sign in to the app, open Account and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password.
On the website
Sign in to My Autohus, open Change your account details and choose Delete account at the bottom. Confirm with your password.
By email
No longer have access? Email us from your account’s address at vertrieb@autohus.de with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete the account without undue delay, within one month at the latest, and confirm it to you.
What is deleted — and what remains
We delete your name, email address, phone number and password, saved vehicles, saved searches, reservations (the vehicle becomes available again), sell-your-car submissions including photos, the newsletter subscription and your sign-in on all devices.
We keep invoices and payment records for tax reasons (§ 147 German Fiscal Code) — no longer linked to any account. Orders already paid and accepted purchase offers will still be completed.
We never delete accounts automatically — your account remains until you delete it yourself. More in our privacy policy.
